Massage and Body Oils are a blend of nutritious vegetable oils, including sweet almond, safflower, apricot kernal, and jojoba, high quality essential oils, and vitamin E.   May also be added to bath water for a floating bath oil, or smooth some on while still wet from your shower, then towel off the excess.  You won't need a body lotion.   Lavender (soothing), Citrus Woods - lemon, lime, cedar, spruce, and sandalwood (uplifting), Rose Geranium, or Orange Vanilla (innocently sensual).
